Premiere Conference Sponsorship (Limit 1)......................................................................$4,000

  • Prominent signage throughout the entire conference.

  • Includes being the conference wi-fi sponsor and company logo on all wi-fi signs throughout the conference. We will incorporate the company name as part of the wi-fi password that all attendees will have to type in to get access.

  • Larger logo and top placement in conference related emails to potential attendees and PSLS members.

  • Free one-page ad in all four issues of The Pennsylvania Surveyor newsletter in 2025.

Notebook Sponsor (Limit 1).............................................................................................$3,500

  • Your company's logo on a notebook given to all attendees at registration when they check-in. Attendees can use these to take notes during sessions. (PSLS will design and purchase the notebooks as part of the sponsorship price. You will get to review the notebook and design.)

  • A sign at the registration desk acknowledging your company as the notebook sponsor.

  • Full page ad in one issue of The Pennsylvania Surveyor newsletter in 2025.

Exclusive Lunch Sponsorship (Limit 1)............................................................................$2,000

  • Includes signage with your company’s name and logo on tables at the Monday and Tuesday lunches

  • Recognition as the exclusive lunch sponsor

  • Full page ad in one issue of The Pennsylvania Surveyor newsletter in 2025

Exclusive Reception & Dinner Sponsor (Limit 1)...............................................................$2,000

  • Includes signage with your company’s name and logo on tables for the Monday and Tuesday night receptions and dinners.

  • Recognition as the exclusive reception & dinner sponsor

  • Full page ad in one issue of The Pennsylvania Surveyor newsletter in 2025

Party Package Sponsor (Limit 1).....................................................................................$1,750

  • This includes sponsoring the Sunday Night Social (open to everyone) and the Monday night “Member Appreciation Party” (members-only event).

  • Signage with your company’s name and logo at both events

  • A signature drink advertised at the bar with your company’s name incorporated into the name of the drink. It also includes your company logo on a sign at the bar with a description of the signature cocktail.

  • Customized cocktail napkins with your company logo at the bar and food stations

  • Full page ad in one issue of The Pennsylvania Surveyor newsletter in 2025

Coffee/Snack Break Sponsor (Limit 1/day. 3 total).............................................................$600

  • Choose one day: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

Foundation Sponsor (No limit)...........................................................................................$500

  • Name & logo on sign at the auction/raffle table at the PLS Foundation booth in the exhibit hall.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the 2025 PSLS Surveyors’ Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to PSLS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image in photographs.
